Authorize Intuit as your Delaware Paid Family Leave Third Party Agent

When you set up your new payroll service, or when you add a new employee in DE, you need to authorize us as your payroll agent with the state.

Delaware Paid Family Leave requires you to do this through their website. Once you do, we'll be able to send electronic payments and forms on your behalf through any of our payroll products. This takes just a few minutes to complete.

  1. Sign up for an account, and then sign in to Labor First.
  2. Select Account Services and then Add/Manage TPA Access.
  3. Select New to open New Entity Relationship.
  4. Search for QuickBooks Online Payroll Inc TPA Account Number: 6000633 in the TPA field.
  5. Select the Current Date for start date.
  6. Leave the End Date field blank.
  7. From Authorization Type, choose File or Amend Paid Leave Reports and Paid Leave - Make Payment, then select Save.

Once you complete these steps, Intuit will accept the roles and submit your enrollment info to the agency.
