Learn how to file your 2024 business taxes in QuickBooks Online.
With QuickBooks Live Tax, powered by TurboTax, you can get all the expert help you need filing taxes, whether you want to file yourself with help (sole proprietors, S-corps, and partnerships) or let us take it off your plate (S-corps and partnerships only).
Depending on your business type, here are a few things you might need:
- Driver’s license or state-issued ID
- Business banking and credit card year-end statements
- Loan statements
- 2023 tax return with depreciation schedule
- 2023 profit and loss statement and balance sheet
- Schedule of guaranteed payments
- Unreimbursed partnership expenses
- State filing or registration
- Partnership and operating agreement
Get started with Live Tax
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
- Go to Taxes, then Year-end filing (Take me there).
- If you don’t have your business type saved in your QuickBooks settings, we’ll ask for that next. Select Continue. Select your business entity and then Save.
- Select Start for free. Note: You’ll need to pay when you e-file. See pricing details.
