Run purchase order reports

QuickBooks Online Plus and QuickBooks Online Advanced has a number of reports that will help you with your purchase orders.

A lightbulb icon Purchase orders are only available in QuickBooks Online Plus and QuickBooks Online Advanced. If you need to, you can upgrade your plan.

To run a purchase order report:

Go to Reports , then Standard reports (Take me there).
From the Reports page, go to the Expenses and Vendors section.
Select any of the following reports to run or customize them:
- Open Purchase Order List
- Open Purchase Order Detail

Now you're able to run purchase order reports.
