QuickBooks Online Plus and QuickBooks Online Advanced has a number of reports that will help you with your purchase orders.
Purchase orders are only available in QuickBooks Online Plus and QuickBooks Online Advanced. If you need to, you can upgrade your plan.
To run a purchase order report:
- Go to Reports
, then Standard reports (Take me there). - From the Reports page, go to the Expenses and Vendors section.
- Select any of the following reports to run or customize them:
- Open Purchase Order List
- Open Purchase Order Detail
Now you're able to run purchase order reports.
