Add edit and delete paid time off

Notes:

  • Time off hours can include sick days, vacation days, personal leave, and annual leave.
  • You can only enter time off for yourself if your administrator has granted the permission.
  • Before you are able to enter time off, your account administrator must set up time off codes and accruals.

How to Add PTO

  1. At the bottom of the screen, tap Time Off or More > Time Off.
  2. At the top right, tap the plus icon (gray plus sign).
  3. Tap a time off type. The app adds an 8-hour entry for today.
  4. If you want to change the date and/or number of hours, tap the entry, and make the adjustments.
  5. On the Add Time Off screen, tap SAVE.

How to Edit a Time Off Entry

Note: This will only be available if your administrator has granted you the "Manage my timesheets" permission.

  1. At the bottom of the screen, tap Time Off or More > Time Off.
  2. On the Time Off screen, tap the time off entry you want to edit.
  3. On the timesheet screen, tap the pencil icon.
  4. Tap the line that needs editing, make your selection, and tap Save.

How to Delete a Time Off Entry

Note: This will only be available if your administrator has granted you the "Manage my timesheets" permission.

  1. At the bottom of the screen, tap Time Off or More > Time Off.
  2. On the Time Off screen, tap the X to the right of the entry you want to delete.
