Note: If you have QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Online Payroll, cancel your QuickBooks Time add on there.
Cancel your subscription
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your payment information will be immediately deleted.
- All reports and exports will be turned off.
- Your timesheets and other account information will be preserved and may be accessed again by renewing your subscription.
Before canceling your subscription, you can contact us so we can resolve any issues you've encountered, or to cancel your account:
- In QuickBooks Time, select your Profile, then Billing and Subscription.
- Select Cancel, then select Continue to cancel.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the cancelation is complete.
