Get your Form IRS 941 to help you apply for a Paycheck Protection Program loan

Learn how to download your IRS Form 941 so you can give it to your lender.

If you’re applying for a loan through the Paycheck Protection Program, you'll need your Form 941 for the year 2019. Form 941 is your Quarterly Federal Tax Return. Form 941 holds information about your federal income tax withholding, as well as Medicare and social security tax withholdings from your employees' paychecks.

  • Before you download your forms, be sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for the best experience.
  • For most customers, your Form 941 for the first quarter of year 2020 will not be ready for you to download until May 15th. That’s okay. You can use your reports from the year 2019.

How to find your IRS Form 941

  1. From the left menu, select Taxes then choose Payroll Tax.
  2. Under Forms, select Download, and then select each Form 941 for the year 2019.

  1. From the Taxes menu, select Payroll Tax.
  2. Select View Archived Forms in the Quarterly Forms or Annual Forms sections.
  3. Choose the Form 941 form from the list.
  4. Select View for each Form 941 for the year 2019.

NOTE: If you still need to create your quarterly Form 941, here’s how to process your tax forms for 2019.
  1. Go to the Employees dropdown and select Payroll Center.
  2. Select the File Forms tab. Any previously saved forms will show in the Filing History section under the Saved Filings tab.
  3. Select each Form 941 for the year 2019 to view, print, or download under the Saved PDF column.

Consult the person who filed your federal tax forms to get your Form 941 for the year 2019.

  1. Go to the Employees dropdown and select Payroll Center.
  2. Select the File Forms tab, and then View/Print forms W-2s.
  3. In the Payroll Tax Center window, enter your Payroll PIN and select OK.Note: If you see an error or nothing happens, repeat step 3 again, but press and hold the Ctrl (Control) and Alt keys through all prompts until the PDF opens.
  4. Select Filed Forms.
  5. Select each Form 941 for the year 2019 that you want to view, print, or save.
