1099 NEC 2up vs. 3up - new software won't print 3-up format

On Jan. 16, 2022, I purchased and successfully installed QB Premier Contractor 2022. When trying to print 1099 NEC 3-up forms, it still tries to print the old 2-up forms. I have read through the 'fixes' sent to other people asking what to do. I ran an update on this new 2022 software and it had a few fixes. I got these updates, installed them, logged out of QB, restarted the laptop, etc., etc. It updated other things but not the 3-up forms layout.  Since then, I've tried updating a few more times and each time it tells me there is nothing new to download.  I've followed instructions, made sure all boxes were checked, especially 'critical fixes', and still it won't print the new 3-up NEC forms.  What else should I do?  It's already middle of January and these forms have a government-issued deadline of January 31st!!
