Can anyone recommend 3rd party app that can integrate seamlessly with QBO for :
1. Expense management :
- PR creation (with approval workflow, and cost centre/ class for each spending items)
- PO creation (with approval workflow, and cost centre/ class for each spending items)
- Goods/services receipt acknowledgement (with approval workflow)
- Supplier payment (with approval workflow)
2. Project management :
- Assignment database
- Resources allocation
- Gantt chart
- Progress tracking (Plan VS actual)
3. Has anyone ever try one of the following 3rd party app : Precoro, procurement express, wrike, projectmanager.com, mavelink.

It seems you will need more than one add-on to cover them all. Most add-on only work on QBO US version (certain region/version might be not supported yet). You should spending time to try them all with QBO trial as well. Are you using QBO US version?
Hi @Anonymous thanks for the reply. I am using QBO International version at the moment
I've contacted procurement express (Using zapier for QBO integration) and precoro (unfortunetly using excell and business file manager for QBO integration)
Is there any expenese management software or project management software that can integrate well with QBO inetrnational version?
