If you're referring after the first three months of your subscription, the rate will go back to the regular rate. But if the 50% discount didn't apply within the first three months of your subscription, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They'll be one to check and verify this issue. You can also discuss to them to have a refund or credit it on the next billing cycle.
You can also check out the support hours before contacting them so that your concerns will be addressed on time.
Here's how to contact them:
- Select Assistant from the top bar.
- Enter in the chatbox, "Talk to human", then enter your concern like “50% Subscription not applied”.
- Select the option I still need a human.
- Choose how you want to be assisted if it's through chat or get a callback.
- Follow the on-screen instruction and confirm the request.
