Are you referring to updating your bank account? If so, may I know what specific institution are you having issues with? Meanwhile, we can try running a manual update to refresh the connection of between your bank and with QuickBooks Online.
Let me show you how:
From the left menu, select Banking.
On the Banking page, select Update.
If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.
