I'ts nice to have you in the Community today. Having you account to be updated is my priority so let's get this sorted out.


Are you referring to updating your bank account? If so, may I know what specific institution are you having issues with? Meanwhile, we can try running a manual update to refresh the connection of between your bank and with QuickBooks Online. 


Let me show you how:

  1. From the left menu, select Banking.
  2. On the Banking page, select Update.
  3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.
