Account settings page unresponsive. Anyone experience this?

Hi there, @ron-mcleod.

I'd be glad to assist with getting your Account and Settings window to work.

This sounds like a browser issue that's occurring. Clearing cache and cookies are the first steps we try to take when unexpected problems like this happen on your account.

The cache is used to make the loading of web pages while cookies store information such as user preferences. Clearing cache and cookies is a good way to refresh the browser you most often use to sign in to your account.

Using an incognito window is a troubleshooting step that we take as well. An incognito window is a private window that saves no history or cache and cookies. Let's try opening up an incognito window to see if the Account and Settings window will load.

Keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito window:

Google Chrome - press CTRL+SHIFT+N.

Mozilla Firefox - press CTRL+SHIFT+P

Microsoft Edge - press CTRL+SHIFT+P.

Safari - press Command+Shift+N

If the steps above do the trick, I'm providing a link to clear cache and cookies for your browser as well: Clear Cache and Cookies

If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out. Happy Monday!
