Accountant did our W-2's offline. I need to remove the task from the dashboard that shows 61 days overdue "W-2, Copies A & D (year 2019) filing File now"

The way to remove the payroll task reminder on the Dashboard is to archive the form. 

Here's what you'll need to do:

1. In the left menu, click Taxes. 
2. Go to the Payroll tab. 
3. Under Forms section, pick Annual Forms. 
4. Choose the Form. 
5. Hit Archive.
