After checking to make sure everything else is OK (update & checked website), QB is still not connecting my bank acct - Error code 105. How can I remedy this?

Hello there, j-jay-west,

 

Banking error 105 means QuickBooks Online is unable to connect to your bank's website. These errors usually fix themselves within 24 hours.

 

If the error persists after 72 hours, I recommend contacting our QBO support. Here's how:

  1. Click the Help (?) icon at the top right.
  2. Select Contact Us at the bottom to connect with our live support.
  3. Type enter bank error 105, then click on Let's Talk.
  4. Select either Callback or Message an agent option.
