This error The system cannot find the path specified happens when you try to open the company data file of QuickBooks in your Windows system.
It occurs when users are trying to import or open a file for which the specified file path is incorrect. Aside from that, there are other reasons why you’re receiving this error:
To fix this, you’ll have to run QuickBooks Desktop as an administrator.
