After I've reconciled an account and go to print the report, the pop up screen is blank and when I hit print it prints a blank page. Hoe do I correct this?

I'm here to help you get back to business. To resolve this issue, let's try a few basic troubleshooting steps.

 

Step 1: Clear your browsing data. This will allow QuickBooks to load as a fresh page to remove any error messages or glitches that may be standing in the way of certain features. Here's how to do clear your file data within Google Chrome:

  1. Go to the Three Vertical Dots (Menu) in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select History and then History again.
  3. On the left-hand side of the screen, press Clear Browsing Data.
  4. In the "Time Range" section, pick All Time.
  5. Click Clear Data.

If you're using another browser use the hyperlink above to find your browser. Note: We recommend to use Google Chrome as your go-to browser for QuickBooks.

 

Step 2: Log out and then back into your QuickBooks account after clearing your cache and cookies.

I cleared the history and open QB up and still have the same problem.  I also clicked on the link for how to fix printing problems within your account. But could not find anything that applied to my specific situation.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks for coming back for more support, @JMassengill.  I appreciate you for trying the steps provided by my peer.

 

The blank screen you're seeing when printing may be caused either the print screen is already open in the background or an Adobe is available for update. 

 

To resolve this issue, let's first check the print screen and ensure that it's not behind all of your open windows. Here's how: 

 

  1. Minimize your screens until you see the Print screen. 
  2. Click Cancel to close the blank screen and try to print again. This time the Print Preview screen should show content instead of blank.
  3. If you don't see the Print screen after minimizing and see the Adobe Updater screen instead, make a selection to upgrade, remind later, etc. or you can close all of your windows. 

 

Once done, sign out of your company, then sign back in and try to print. In case you're still experiencing issues after going through the troubleshooting, follow the steps to test sequence for PDF printing issues.  Also, be sure to use a supported, up-to-date browser.
