Step 1: Clear your browsing data. This will allow QuickBooks to load as a fresh page to remove any error messages or glitches that may be standing in the way of certain features. Here's how to do clear your file data within Google Chrome:
Go to the Three Vertical Dots (Menu) in the top right-hand corner.
Select History and then History again.
On the left-hand side of the screen, press Clear Browsing Data.
In the "Time Range" section, pick All Time.
Click Clear Data.
