Oh no! That stinks. After spending many hours on the phone with tech support when I started using QBO several years ago, I learned that QBO prefers Google Chrome and you must clear your cache often. When they update the software and you've got an old version saved in your browser's memory, you're bound to have issues. If clearing your cache doesn't work, try the QBO App. If that doesn't work, try another browser. If that doesn't work, go to sleep and try again tomorrow.
