I'm eyeing into the possibility that you might have 2 QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. To verify it, let's go to your Billing & Subscription page and check your subscription details, like the "Next Charge" date. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Choose Account and Settings.
3. Click on Billing & Subscription.
If the details shown on that page don't match with your correct QBO account. Please log out from there and log back in using the correct credentials.
If the details on the Billing & Subscription indicate you're logged in to the right account but not seeing your data, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. One of them can securely verify your account and help you investigate this issue and find your data.

I’ve had problems almost every payroll. Last time they “helped “ me they have lost all my 6 years of data. I’m terrified. Waiting for a call back tomorrow to hopefully resolve this. I’m ready to give up QB and buy a different product. So stressed.

When you're unable to see the data after logging in, we can run the Audit Log report to see if it was removed.
If there's none, it's possible that you are signed in to a different account. Let's make sure you have the correct login credentials by clicking the I forgot my user ID or Password link in the Sign In page.
In the Get help signing in to QuickBooks page, enter the email address associated with your QuickBooks Online account. You will receive an email with all the user IDs linked to your QuickBooks. Try to log in to all of the listed user IDs and check if you have the data.
