Hello, @3lleasing1.

Than you for reaching out to the Community. I want to ensure that you're able to view and print your bank reconciliation report.

This seems like a browser issue that's occurring. Let's go ahead and do some basic troubleshooting steps to get you back to business.

First, let's sign in to your account through an incognito/private window. Sometimes the stored cache for an expended period causes unusual behavior to the browser.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts in opening a private/incognito window:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Option+P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl+Shift+P

If you're able to run reports with ease via a private/incognito window, then I suggest clearing your cache and cookies. This way, it'll prevent unusual behavior to the browser.

Feel free to leave a comment below if you need any further assistance. I'm always here to help. Happy Wednesday!

Greetings, @Lynn_WVAC.

Let's clear the cache in your QuickBooks Desktop app. Let me show you how.

In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) desktop app:

  1. Go the Help menu.
  2. Click Reset App Data.

If the issue persists, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Feel free to read this article for the detailed steps: QuickBooks App for Windows and Mac: General support.

However, if you're referring to QBO mobile app, you can follow the steps provided in this article instead: Troubleshooting Quick-Start Guide for the QuickBooks Online app.

I'm also adding this helpful article that can guide you on how generate a report that shows the data you need: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

You can always get back to us if need something to accomplish. I'd be happy to help you achieved it. Take care!
