The form that you're trying to prepare is probably not yet available in QBO, drsnchez0002.
We are still working with the State and Federal agencies to ensure that all of the forms will be available before January 31st. You don't need to get in touch with any agencies for this as we will send updates once the forms are ready in QuickBooks.
You can refer to this article for the list of the unavailable forms at this time: Forms unavailable (blocked) for Q4 and annual 2018 - current as of 01/08/2019. Here's another article for the tax year 2018 agency due dates.
Please know that I'm right here if you need anything else. Thanks for dropping by.
At the moment, we're still working to prepare the forms. You might want to check the article provided by SophiaAnnL for more information.

I'm trying to view form WA F212-055-000 (WA state workers comp) and I get an error message. this has gone on for three days. Talked to a QBO tech today and this was his reply:
"I see, so basically upon doing further research in our end, I found out an outstanding issue regarding this concern. No worries, our engineering team is currently working on it right now. I will be creating 2 separate emails, one for our case interaction and the other one for escalating this issue on your behalf with our engineering team. Our team has not declared a specific time-frame for the complete fix but rest assured cases like this are taken with urgency and high regard. In addition, you will receive a notification by e-mail regarding the update or progress made on your account. Your patience and cooperation are highly appreciated and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. So rest assured I will keep an eye with your account and hopefully this will be resolved as quickly as possible."
Hopefully it is resolved before the deadline. I never did receive the email he had planned to send
