I want to make sure that I provide you with the best support. Could you please let me know where you're seeing this message in QBO?

 

In the meantime, I suggest clearing your browser's cache. Temporary internet files and cache are stored to improve loading times, but too much data can accumulate and cause unexpected behavior, such as being unable to access the software. For further insight into this, including necessary steps, please see the following article: Delete or disable cache and temporary internet files in your web browser.

 

I'll be waiting on standby and look forward to getting to the bottom of this.
