Bank Rec will not print-any suggestions?

Let's work together and get this issue resolved. To resolve this issue, I recommend clearing your browsing data. Clearing your file data will help QuickBooks load as a fresh new page to help fix any glitches that are occurring within your account. Here's how: 

 

Google Chrome

  1. Go to the Three Vertical Dots (Menu/Settings) in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Select History and then History again. 
  3. Press Clear Browsing Data on the left-hand side of the screen. 
  4. In the "Time Range" section, choose All Time
  5. Hit Clear Data

Afterward, sign back into your QuickBooks Online account and try to print the Bank Reconciliation report again. 

 

If you're using the QuickBooks Online Desktop app, follow the steps below on how to reset your app data. 

  1. Open QuickBooks. 
  2. Select the Help menu at the top of the screen. 
  3. Press Reset app data

Bank Rec will not print-any suggestions?

That fix did not work. Cleared history and reset quick books. Any other suggestions out there? I use Safari and Mac.

Allow me to step in and help you further with printing your reconciliation report. Since the troubleshooting steps that they've provided didn't work, I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app, then log back into your QuickBooks Online account and see if you're able to print the report.

However, if the issue persists, I'd suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support to have this investigated. As a workaround, you can print the report by logging into a web browser.
