Help!
Recently I purchased QB desktop, not realizing I want 2019 to be installed, not 2020. I've been trying for over 10 hours, during two business days, to get this issue resolved. Please help. I contacted chat support and received an email telling me "Christine" replied, providing a link to view message. When I click on the link, the page says
"We’re having trouble opening this page but it’ll be back soon
So here I am...
Is this no phone number to speak with someone in the USA?
This does NOT bode well for Intuit.
Spending two full work days to resolve a new purchase is beyond poor service.
