Bought QB thru Dell - need help to get 2019 after they installed 2020

Help!

 

Recently I purchased QB desktop, not realizing I want 2019 to be installed, not 2020. I've been trying for over 10 hours, during two business days, to get this issue resolved. Please help. I contacted chat support and received an email telling me "Christine" replied, providing a link to view message. When I click on the link, the page says

"We’re having trouble opening this page but it’ll be back soon

Check for answers in the Support Center."
 
So here I am...
 
Is this no phone number to speak with someone in the USA?
This does NOT bode well for Intuit.
 
Spending two full work days to resolve a new purchase is beyond poor service.

We don't want our customers inconvenienced, AxisMagnaGroup.

 

It looks like Dell is a third-party vendor. You'll want to reach out to their support since you've purchased the software from them. From there, you can change your Desktop version to 2019.

 

Once you're able to do so, you can download and install QuickBooks. 

 

You can always visit the Community if you have other concerns. We're just around to help you.
