Business Validation Error: Unexpected Internal Error. (-32122).

We're receiving the following error attempting to post charges to QuickBooks from a 3rd party application.  Is anyone familiar with this error and have a useful interpretation of what it means?

Business Validation Error: Unexpected Internal Error usually occurs when QuickBooks connections need to be validated by the system. To get this fix, I'd suggest giving our Intuit Developer Team a call. They have the proper tools to check on your account and guide you thru the process of rectifying the issue.

please check validation error 32122 on my computer.  Have been with tech all day yesterday and today.  Still not fixed.  tech took control this am.  What is status.  Dr. Judith
