Is it possible without customer information? Just the monthly sales?

Can I print out monthly sales totals for this year?

Thanks for joining the thread, @yeth.

I can furnish you with some details about generating sales report without including the customer information.

Sales by Customer Summary report display the total amount of sales you had per customer that you have. You can filter this specific according to the data you need. However, you cannot remove the column allocated for your customer's name within QuickBooks.

You need not to worry though, you can download the report as an Excel file. Once downloaded, you can modify the report and remove the customer information.

The other way around is to download the Profit and Loss by month report. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Choose Profit and Loss by Month.
  3. Select the Customize button.
    1. In the Row/Columns section, choose Months.
    2. In the Filter section, put a check mark on Distribution Account.
    3. Select the drop-down lists.
    4. Choose All Income Accounts.
    5. Click Run Report

That should do it! This will allow you to generate your monthly sales report.

I’m a post away if you have other questions about accessing sales report in QuickBooks Online. Have a great weekend ahead.
