Can I run the Quickbooks Diagnostic Install Tool on Terminal Services?
I have problems with Quickbooks Enterprise Contractor v18.0 freezing for about 20 seconds on Windows Server 2012 in a terminal services session. The freezing happens whenever we click File to get the drop down menu, for example. It happens in several other functions, always for the same 20 seconds or so.
In looking for solutions on the QB website, I see the Quickbooks Install Diagnostic Tool is an option for troubleshooting freezing, but I don't know if I should run this on Windows Server 2012 in RDS, is it safe?
