Can I sync may mob app and online acc on my desktop? My mob app and online desktop app is not sync

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the Community. I hope you're enjoying the evening. 

 

Both the QuickBooks Self-Employed mobile app and desktop app are always in sync with one another. However, if yours is not, I recommend ensuring you're signed in to the same account on both applications. If you are signed in to the same account, I suggest resetting the app data on your mobile application. Below I've included the steps to do this.

  1. Go to your phone Settings. 
  2. Tap Apps and Notifications.
  3. Look for the QuickBooks Self-Employed app.
  4. Select Reset App Data.
