Both the QuickBooks Self-Employed mobile app and desktop app are always in sync with one another. However, if yours is not, I recommend ensuring you're signed in to the same account on both applications. If you are signed in to the same account, I suggest resetting the app data on your mobile application. Below I've included the steps to do this.
- Go to your phone Settings.
- Tap Apps and Notifications.
- Look for the QuickBooks Self-Employed app.
- Select Reset App Data.
