Unusual behavior in Quickbooks can be caused by a long period of stored data files on your browser. We can clear this out by performing a few troubleshooting steps.
Let's access your account using a private or incognito window to check if the Account and Settings option will show. Please use these keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
If it works successfully, then we'll have to clear your browser's cache. This removes excessive files from your browser and optimize its performance.
