Try this workaround:

1. Go to your Chrome browser

2. Type chrome://settings/content/cookies

3. Find "Allow" and clink "Add" button

4. Add intuit.com and qbo.intuit.com

5. Try to resubscribe

 

If you are using other browser, you may try to add those cookies as well.

 

Should you need to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the current discounted plan for up to 6 months.

Too little, too late. Instead of helping me, they tried to upsell me. I left QB for another software after 15 years. They really turned me off with sales, when I'm asking for basic support to be able to PAY THEM!
