Welcome to the Intuit Community, Lanikai.

I’m happy to know you’re able to resolve the issue by using the QuickBooks File Doctor. This tool is used to check the damaged or corrupted company files, and network errors.

For some tips on how to utilize the tool, see the following articles. The links contains screenshots as well as instructions to resolve network issues.

Please know the Community is a one stop shop for help about QuickBooks. You can post anytime if you have questions or want to share your best practices using the product. Have a great rest of the day.

I think you misunderstood.  I've tried everything including the File Doctor and nothing works.

I get error codes -6143, -301 and have tried all the solutions for them also.  I am not able to verify or rebuild my data file.

Your data file may be damaged. Call and ask Intuit Data Service to fix it. Should you need to resolve it in due course, consider purchasing a 3rd party repair service.
