Can you help to correct the operating account please?

I can't reconcile the bank account, because on October some payroll checks were linked to a bank account that was closed early January. The checks are listed on the closed account and I don't know how to move them to the active bank account. I called QuickBooks full service to inquire how to fix this? The lady told me that she will fix it in a day or two and to date she has not fix it!

Can you help to correct the operating account please?

Since September I switched from the desktop version to QBO and I get the full payroll service. They linked the paychecks to a wrong bank account that's no longer in service. I called them to help me to solve the issue and what they did was to fix the bank account. Noe I need to reconcile the bank account and I can't move forward, because those checks don't appear in the active bank account, they are in the payroll and listed in the closed account. I need help to fix this issue asap!
