Our product engineers are already aware of this issue (INV-36200) and are working diligently with your bank for a complete fix. Since there's no workaround yet, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support for further assistance.
One of them will need to include you on the list of affected users to receive updates via email. For the detailed steps on how you can reach them, please check this out:
Log into your QuickBooks account.
Click the Help option in the upper-right corner.
Click the Contact us hyperlink.
