Are you referring to the Gear icon at the right top where you can pick the Chart of Accounts feature? See the screenshot below for your visual reference.

 

If so, it could be a browser-related issue. Clearing the cache and cookies is the recommended step to restore the icon in the system. The following links below will guide you through depending on your browser:
