Check entry is in a single line green format. Want to go back to the prior format?

I'm here to help you with changing the color format of the Check, ldtedesco.

The process is quick and easy. please follow these steps:

  1. From the Banking menu, select Write Checks.
  2. Go to the Edit menu.
  3. Select Change Account Color.
  4. Choose the color you want then, click OK.

I'm adding this article about creating modifying, and printing checks in QBDT for your reference: Create, modify, and print checks.

I'm just a post away if you have any other questions.

I believe you might be in register view from the chart of accounts. Check entry is from Banking>Write Checks and there are multiple lines where you can enter multiple expenses.
