Closed on Saturday and Sunday during tax season and credit card system does not work, just great.

I'm sorry to hear that payments wasn't working for you; we didn't get any reports of outages over the weekend, today.  Is everything working for you now?

Just so you know, the merchant services team is available from 6am - 3pm Pacific time on Saturdays.  They are closed on Sunday, however.
