Company file not the same between users

I just used PC mover to move Quickbooks to a new computer.  I am not sure if I am in single user or multi user mode.  Now Quickbooks has to update every time I log in which is different.  The real problem is that changes I make with one user are not showing up when another user logs in to use the company file.

Company file not the same between users

Hello FCFtreasurer!

Welcome to QuickBooks Community. Let me show you how to reflect the changes made by one user to another user.

You'll want to set up a multi-user network so you can share your company file with other users and use it simultaneously. With this, you can ensure that all changes made by a user will show to others. Here are the links for the detailed steps:

In the meantime, while the multi-user network is not yet ready, you can create a backup file and restore it to the other QuickBooks Desktop. You can use this option so you can import and use the file with the updates and changes.

Check these links on how to do it:

Also, I added this article if you need help in running, customizing, and saving financial reports in QuickBooks Desktop: Understand reports.

Please comment below if you need more help in setting up your company file. Thanks!
