Company file not the same between users

Welcome to QuickBooks Community. Let me show you how to reflect the changes made by one user to another user.

You'll want to set up a multi-user network so you can share your company file with other users and use it simultaneously. With this, you can ensure that all changes made by a user will show to others. Here are the links for the detailed steps:

In the meantime, while the multi-user network is not yet ready, you can create a backup file and restore it to the other QuickBooks Desktop. You can use this option so you can import and use the file with the updates and changes.
