Hello,

If you migrated your data from QB Desktop to QB Online BEFORE you computer crash, then all your info should still be in QB Online.  Just log into QB Online and it should all still be there.  As long as it's there, you should just keep doing your normal business functions from QB Online.  It's 100% web-based so no need to install QB Desktop again once you get your computer back up and running.

Download free trial of desktop 2019. If replacing computer with not a computer you will have to borrow or rent a PC to do this. Restore your backup into trial - then follow instructions.

BTW - a crashed computer is not sufficient reason to scrap a paid for desktop version of quickbooks in favor of online. You will find even the most expensive Advanced is less a product than desktop Pro. $200 for 3 years guaranteed support and updates or $150/ month and a poo substitute for payroll
