My client's prior bookkeeper was using Quickbooks Online.
I use Quickbooks Pro Plus 2019, so my client wants the data transferred to my desktop.
I've followed all of the instructions and have two of her company files downloaded to my desktop.
When I select CONVERT, absolutely nothing happens. I get no dialogue box, no error messages, nothing.
If I wait a really long time, I'll get a dialogue box that says go to Quickbooks and say yes.
There's nothing there.

Hello,
I'm trying to convert QBO back to QB Pro 2020. When I open QB in IE I have a blank screen. I guess the reasons might be the following:
- I use Windows10
- Intuit doesn't work with IE anymore
I tried to contact Intuit but they also research QB community for answers and are not able to help me.
Thanks for joining the thread, SvetlanaBNA.
