If not, then I recommend contacting CS-Cart support. They can give you more details on their side as well I can give you some on the QuickBooks sides.

We have just acquired a multivendor license from CS-Cart and we need to integrate the accounting using quickbooks. We are trying to open Wallet for each vendor that sells on the platform. How can we open Vendor's Wallets on QuickBooks?

We have yet to find any connector supporting CS-cart. It is possible it is not popular any longer between app developers. You may utilize an importer tool as a workaround.
