Desktop Pro 2020 shuts down after update

I have Desktop Pro 2020. 

Dialog box came on screen offering Update. I selected OK. 

It downloaded, restarted, etc. and now the program shuts down before completely loaded.

It starts to load, I get dialogue box showing Unrecoverable Error. I send Error Report. Then program shuts down.
