Let's try a couple of browser troubleshooting steps to stop QBO from closing unexpectedly.
Here's how:
- Refresh your browser first by clicking the Reload button in the far right of the QBO URL.
- Close and reopen QBO to start from a clean slate.
- If the behavior persists, open your QBO account in a private browser and print your checks there.
- If it works, go back to your previous browser and clear the cache.
Since QBO is also accessible on other browsers, you can switch to a different one and print the checks there.
