Glad to see you in the Community forum, @rgatten.
I'd like to help and check this out for you, however, I'm unable to access your account in a public space. Let me route you to our helpful support instead so they can check what these fees are for.
They can access your billing information and verify where these amounts are coming from. You can check this link on how to contact them: Contact the QuickBooks Online Customer Support team.
If you need related resources that can help you in the future, you can check out this site: Help Articles for QuickBooks Online.
Please keep in touch with me here so I can make sure you're taken care of. I'll keep an eye out if you have additional questions or clarifications. Take care and have a nice weekend.
I have this same question. I do not have quickbooks, yet I have fees of $20 for march and april. How can I get these refunded?
Good to have you here in the Community, scheueb.
I can share with you what I know about the charge you're seeing on your account. This indicates transaction fees for the Intuit Payment Service.
For security measures, I would suggest reaching out to our Merchant Service Team so they can verify the charge you've encountered and can further check of you'll need to get a refund.
I've also added these articles about managing and accessing Merchant Service Account:
Please let me know if you need anything else. I'll be glad to help.
