I downloaded the 2020 version on the main computer.  I downloaded onto another computer and it downloaded fine, but it will not open.  It is in multi-user, but it says it cannot open, maybe it is a firewall issue, but I turned the firewall off.  HELP

The instructions below are sure to help you get your QuickBooks back up and running.

First, you'll have to download and install the QuickBooks Tools Hub so you can run "Quick Fix my Program". Here's how:

  1. Download the QuickBooks Tool Hub file. Then, save it on your desktop.
  2. Open the QuickBooksToolHub.exe file. Then, follow the steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  3. Once done, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

Next, run the Quick Fix by going to:

  1. In the hub, select Installation Issues.
  2. Click QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool. Let the tool run, it can take up to 20 minutes.

Lastly, restart our computer and start your QuickBooks Desktop.
