Error: 105.

Error: 105 in Self-employed, can't connect with bank. I am able to Log in directly to bank but not in Self-employed. Lost bank connection several days ago. Help Please.

Thanks for bringing this matter to my attention. Also, the screenshot you've added helps me identify the bank you're trying to connect. I've gathered relevant details about this concern, and I'm here to share them with you. 

 

We've collated reports from other users about the inability to connect/update new and existing Citibank and Citi Credit Card accounts in QuickBooks Self-Employed. They've also encountered the same error 105 when attempting to do the process. 

 

Our Banking team is continuously working with your bank to provide a solution as soon as we can. While we don't have a definite time as to when the resolution will come out, rest assured we're actively working to deliver one that'll prevent this from happening again.
