Going from desktop to on line installation, get Error: FAIL Server returned error 500. Performed the suggested repair, validate, Doctor file fixing, at least twice each, still get error. No indication of any file errors on desktop.
I'd recommend contacting our Technical Support Team since you're still experiencing the same error message. Make sure you contact them during the support hours.
