What error message did you encounter? Have you tried using a different browser or opening a new private window when accepting invoice payments?
The Incognito platform does not save any data in the cache making it a good place to identify web page issues. Try these keyboard shortcuts to start private browsing:
If it works on the other window, clear the browser's cache to remove excess browsing data and start with a clean slate.
