There are times that the data in your browser is already outdated. To isolate this issue, I suggest using an incognito browser. If you're able to see that option, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. An alternative way is to use another browser if it still doesn't work.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts to use an incognito browser:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari: ⌘ + Option + P
- Internet Explorer & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
