Error message is 9999 lost connection with qbo. I am referring to the connection for my bank with the qbo, can you manually update my bank to refresh its connection.

Hello @Cornerstone123,

 

We are unable to pull up your account here in the Community for security reasons. I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so someone can locate the reports related to your bank connection. He/she can also provide a workaround to fix the connection of your bank account.

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter Bank Connection Error 9999 in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Select Get a callback, Chat, or Call us.

Instead, you can manually upload your bank transactions to keep them tracked. I'm adding this article in case you wanted to start reconciling your bank account and transactions.
