Error message to resubscribe

Hi there, @fen.

I would like to know what kind of error you’ve seen on your screen. Does it display an error code? For now, we can check to see if this is a cache-related issue.

Here’s how to troubleshoot:

First, let's try to access a private browser in subscribing, to know if the regular browser needs the cache to be cleared. Sometimes, too much data saved in a browser causes lag or errors. Here are the keyboard shortcuts to access a private browser:

  • Internet Explorer & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Then, if you can get through in subscribing, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache to reset the data allowance in the browser. But if you are still not able to get through, you can use another browser instead.

Also, you can call our Sales team to help you subscribe by checking on our website with the updated hotline number: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/. Our Sales team is available from 5 P.M to 6 P.M on weekdays and 7 A.M to 4 P.M on weekends.

A warm welcome from us in QuickBooks! We’re looking forward to working with you soon!

Error message to resubscribe

I'm running into the same issue. My account was unexpectedly cancelled 2 months ago, and there is an unexplained error when I try to resubscribe. There is no reason for the cancellation, and I have called customer service multiple times on this issue, without resolution, except that one of their support representatives said that realistically I would have a better chance of getting an answer via the QB Community.  Can anyone else offer help on how to resubscribe when the system is repeatedly providing errors to do so? (I have already tried the incognito browser option)

I have about 20 accounts with QB, spanning the past 12 years, so I am very familiar with how the platform works.

Error message to resubscribe

I'm here to help ensure you're able to resubscribe your QuickBooks Online account, bostoninvestments.

When a browser stored a lot of caches, it could cause problems like bringing up the data to your account or latency issues. As an initial step, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page.

After that, you can follow the steps below to resubscribe the account:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Settings ⚙ at the top.
  3. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings
  4. Click Billing & Subscription, then Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing information.
  5. Hit Subscribe.

If you're still getting the same issue, let's clear the browser's cache and resubscribe again. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.

In the meantime, I recommend visiting the links below. These will provide you with resources and videos about managing your QuickBooks Online account, income, expenses, inventory, and other business information:

Resource Hub.

Additionally, can I ask for the specific error message you're facing in QuickBooks? I want to make sure I've got you covered.

Hope you can respond to me on this post so we can work with the error together. Please know I'm ready to assist further and answer any follow-up questions you have in mind. Have a good one.

Error message to resubscribe

Hi Rose, I appreciate your help, but I mentioned that I already tried this resolution (several times), and also spoke with customer support several times, and that I've been using Quickbooks for the past 12 years and know my way around the system pretty well.  The issue is with the Intuit system, and I'm going to need a higher level solution to resolve this.

The error message is simply:

"Something's not quite right

Something's not working. Give us a few minutes and try again. If it still doesn't work, please contact us."

Thank you.
