System will not allow me to make a customer inactive, states there is reoccuring transaction. I don't have reoccuring transactions and this company hasn't had a tranaction in over 3 years. How to deactivate?

Since you've already verified that there are no recurring transactions for the customer, it could be your browser's cache is full. That is why QuickBooks Online does not allow you to make the customer inactive.
Let’s use a private browser to help confirm if the cache is causing the problem. Follow the steps below.
Google Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
Internet Explorer: Ctrl+Shift+P
If the steps above work, go to your regular browsers and clear its cache.
This is occurring on both the app and the browser. On different machines and on different browsers. I think something was left out of your answer, open a private window isn't going to be affected by the cache of your browser. Private windows don't use cache.
